MOBILE BANKING IS HERE
We have great news. The Village Bank now has mobile banking. Look for our logo in your app store or google play. To use the app, you must have internet banking already. You will enter your username and password to access the app. If you don't have internet banking, just contact one of our branches to enable this free product.

We have been hearing and seeing on the television, newspapers, radio, etc., about people being victims of identity theft. The Federal Trade Commission has a new website that will help you with identity theft. The website is identitytheft.gov.
HOW TO SIGN UP FOR INTERNET STATEMENTS
Signing up for internet bank e-mail statements is very easy. All you have to do is go to the statement tab on your account. Read the disclosure agreement and fill out the necessary information at the end of it. That's it. You will receive an e-mail whenever your statements are ready to view. The statement will have a retention period of a year starting with the that month's statement.
For transfers to be posted same-day, they need to be done by 5:00 P.M., otherwise they will post on the next business day.
When you are trying to set up a transfer on the internet for the first time, please contact the bank before you do this. We have to have an agreement signed by you.
