Personal Digital Banking
If you use online banking at The Village Bank, you will be able to access your online banking account at First National Bank of Waterloo on July 17, 2023.
Online Banking
Existing Village Bank online banking users are being converted. When you access FNBW Online Banking for the first time, your Village Bank Access ID will remain your User Name, as it is today, case sensitive. For new users of online banking, please auto-enroll and follow the instructions.
Mobile Banking
Existing Village Bank mobile banking users are being converted. When you access FNBW Mobile App for the first time, your Village Bank Access ID will remain your User Name, as it is today, case sensitive. For new users of the mobile banking app, please auto-enroll and follow the instructions. Continue to make deposits from anywhere at any time with our FREE mobile deposit feature! To download the app, simply search FNB Waterloo and hit download.
Bill Pay
Your current Bill Pay payees, recurring and/or scheduled payments, and history will be available in the First National Bank of Waterloo system. No action is required. Any payments scheduled for conversion weekend will process as normal. New Bill Pay payees must be added through online banking before being able to use them in the mobile app.
Dial–A–Bank
You will have 24-hour access to your First National Bank of Waterloo accounts by phone, using touch pad or voice.
